1Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Vine Logistics Consultants platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

  • Facilitates RFQ (Request for Quote) processes
  • Provides order management and tracking services
  • Offers warehousing, transportation, and CHA services consultation
  • Enables secure transactions between platform users

3Platform Fees

For Logistics Consumers:

Logistics Consumers pay minimal platform fees only after successful deal completion. No upfront charges or subscription fees are required for logistics consumers.

For Logistics Providers:

Logistics Providers operate on a subscription-based model with tiered plans that include:

  • • Premium product showcase capabilities
  • • Advanced lead management tools
  • • Priority customer support
  • • Analytics and reporting features

4User Responsibilities

All Users Must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
  • Honor all agreements made through the Platform

5Compliance and Regulations

As a logistics platform operating in India, we ensure compliance with:

Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations
Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) guidelines
Customs Act and related procedures
Transportation and warehousing regulations
Data protection and privacy laws
Consumer protection regulations

6Limitation of Liability

Vine Logistics Consultants acts as a facilitating platform and is not liable for:

  • Direct transactions between logistics consumers and logistics providers
  • Quality of goods or services provided by third parties
  • Delays in shipments or deliveries
  • Customs clearance issues
  • Force majeure events

By registering on our marketplace, service providers acknowledge that Vine Logistics Hub does not guarantee customer contacts, inquiries, contracts, or revenue. We act solely as a facilitation platform to connect businesses and clients.

7Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these terms, illegal activities, or breach of platform policies. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time with proper notice.
