1Policy Overview
As a logistics marketplace platform, Vine Logistics Consultants collects platform fees only after successful deal completion. This Return Policy outlines our approach to refunds, disputes, and service guarantees for our platform services.
Important Note: This policy covers platform fees collected by Vine Logistics Consultants. For returns of goods or services purchased through our platform, please refer to the individual logistics provider's return policy.
2Platform Fee Structure
For Logistics Consumers:
- • No upfront fees or registration charges
- • Platform fees charged only after successful order completion
- • Transparent fee structure disclosed before transaction
- • No hidden charges or additional costs
For Logistics Providers:
- • Subscription-based model with monthly/annual plans
- • Premium features and enhanced visibility
- • Lead generation and marketing tools
- • Analytics and performance reporting
3Refund Eligibility
Platform Fee Structure:
We collect 50% of the platform fee before disclosing logistics provider details to logistics consumers. If all chosen logistics providers are not satisfactory, we may provide another set of logistics providers but will not refund the 50% platform fee already collected.
You may be eligible for a platform fee refund if:
- Technical error resulted in duplicate charges
- Platform failure prevented order completion
- Fraudulent transaction verified by our security team
- Logistics Provider fails to fulfill order within agreed timeframe
- Service quality does not meet platform standards
Subscription Refunds - Important Policy:
Subscription fees once collected are not refundable under any circumstances. This includes monthly and annual subscription plans.
4Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
- All subscription fees - Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable once collected
- 50% platform fee - The initial 50% platform fee collected before logistics provider disclosure is non-refundable
- Platform fees for successfully completed transactions
- Premium feature charges once services are delivered
- Third-party payment processing fees
- Fees for services already rendered
5Refund Process
Step 1: Contact Support
Submit a refund request through our support system or contact us directly within 30 days of the transaction.
Step 2: Provide Documentation
Include relevant details such as: Transaction ID and order details, Reason for refund request, Supporting documentation or evidence, Communication records with logistics providers.
Step 3: Review Process
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and may contact you for additional information.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
6Dispute Resolution
For transaction disputes between logistics consumers and logistics providers:
Mediation Services:
- • Free dispute resolution support
- • Neutral mediation between parties
- • Evidence-based decision making
- • Binding resolution process
Escalation Process:
- • Internal review by senior management
- • External arbitration if required
- • Legal proceedings as last resort
7Service Level Guarantees
We guarantee:
If we fail to meet these standards, you may be eligible for service credits or refunds based on the impact to your business.
8Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters and extreme weather
- Government regulations and policy changes
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Third-party service provider outages
- Global pandemics or health emergencies
